I called them at 1pm and had a beautiful arrangement delivered by 6pm that night for a special occasion. From the time they picked up the phone to delivery I had a great experience and would order again.

My only complaint is that I was never sent a photo of the arrangement before it was sent (and I thought that was the reason to use BloomNation)
