It’s always a crapshoot when you order flowers from a florist that you don’t know in a city where you don’t live. The best you can do is look through other reviews and pictures of arrangements they have done and hope for the best. well, this time I got the best. It was an easy online ordering experience, and the flowers were delivered, precisely as I ordered them, and they were exquisite. The card was perfectly rendered, and although the recipient was not at home, she was notified, and I was notified, and a photograph of the arrangement was sent to me to confirm the delivery. All in all it was a perfect experience.

Although we have not heard from the recipient, we have heard from patrons of the restaurant and they are in love with the arrangement that Floral Effect made. Thank you.
